<p>Dear account holders,</p> <p>According to the Commission Regulation EU No. 2019/1122 all account holders in the Emission Trading Registry shall notify the national administrator of any change to the information submitted during the account opening within 10 working days after the change.</p> <p>In addition, according to the Article 22 of the Regulation: "At least once every three years, the national administrator shall review whether the information submitted for the opening of an account remains complete, up-to-date, accurate and true, and shall request that the account holder notify any changes as appropriate". In order to review the information, we ask you kindly to send the above-mentioned documentation <strong>until 30th September 2025</strong>.</p> <p>In accordance with Article 22 of Regulation 2019/1122, we hereby request you to send us the following documentation:</p> <ul> <li>a duly completed and signed <strong>Declaration of data necessary for customer due diligence process</strong> - the form is available <a href="https://www.povolenky.cz/../documentation/documentation_files/declaration-en.docx">here</a>,</li> <li>a certified <strong>statement from the Commercial Register</strong> in Czech (not older than 3 months),</li> <li><strong>confirmation of being an active bank account holder </strong>in a Member State of the European Economic Area (not older than 3 months),</li> <li><strong>VAT registration statement</strong>,</li> <li><strong>list of directors</strong> (persons effectively controlling everyday operations of the legal entity),</li> <li><strong>a copy of the ID card*</strong> of Authorized Representatives - the Registry Administrator requires the following clearly visible data: name, surname, document number, date of birth, place of birth, validity of the document to. We recommend to make invisible the other data before sending a copy of the document. In the event that unnecessary data are visible, it is done by the Registry Administrator immediately upon receipt of the document;</li> <li>a certified <strong>Criminal Record statement*</strong> of Authorized Representatives in Czech (not older than 3 months).</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>*Account holders who supplied us with copies of their ID and criminal record statement in 2022, and these documents are still current, do not need to supply them again.</p> <p>If possible, send all documentation electronically via a data mailbox. Our mailbox ID is <strong>azefhvx</strong>. If not, kindly forward the pertinent paperwork to our address.</p>
